US printing and shipping

Eligible US products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner in Houston, Texas, and shipped from the USA via UPS.

Production takes place after your order. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch; it is separate from production time. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Available delivery services and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout. Product availability and delivery depend on your destination and the US catalog.

Returns and support

See our return policy for the applicable conditions. Please contact DarkShadowsArts@outlook.de before sending an item back. The US printing facility is not automatically the return address.
