Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact DarkShadowsArts@outlook.de. We will confirm the correct return address before you ship the item. Do not send returns directly to the US printing facility without instructions.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For questions, contact DarkShadowsArts@outlook.de.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us with questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
